Retrun and Refund

We handle returns individually to ensure customer satisfaction. Please be patient as we provide troubleshooting tips and ask customers to thoroughly test items.


Standard Returns

  • Returns are accepted for new items purchased on our website. The item(s) must be within 14 days of delivery for a refund .
  • We are currently not offering exchanges for items.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted



Return Shipping Costs

  • In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customers may be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.

If everything checks out, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Because delays can happen, we recommend keeping track of your return shipment.
