Shipping Policy

International Orders

  • Packages are fulfilled by local postal service. Delivery times vary by country, but usually reach the country within 14 working days. Delays caused by the local postal service are out of our control.

Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email.
  • Do not be alarmed if your tracking information has not been updated in a few days. Shipping Company only updates their tracking information once the package reaches a sorting facility, transit location, or your local post office.

Lost & Undelivered Packages

  • Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of OliveKeys and issues arising from such packages must be resolved by the customer with the appropriate shipping carrier.
  • OliveKeys strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
  • Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order.
  • OliveKeys is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous or incorrect address submissions.
